Live at Victoria Hall
Victoria Hall is a grand 19th century entertainment venue in the beautiful market town of Glossop, on the edge of the Peak District. Built as a gift to the community for Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee in 1887, it previously hosted a wide variety of local and touring performances.
This autumn, live performance returns to this historic building. We'll be hosting a variety of top-class professional comedy, theatre, music and family shows, from October.

Our company have 20 years experience hosting live entertainment in the High Peak. We'll be converting the main hall of building into a theatre space ready to host a range of performance. With the support of Friends Of Victoria Hall, we're excited to create a live performance space to serve the people of Glossop.
Our Purpose
We want to make Victoria Hall a place where High Peak audiences can experience quality and varied live entertainment, right on their doorsteps. Bringing new art and entertainment to Glossop and the High Peak.
Alongside this, we want Victoria Hall to be a place where local community and arts groups can perform alongside professional touring shows, on a professional stage. And where audiences feel at home and a sense of ownership of this historic building with a rich heritage of live performance.
Meet Our Team
Alice and Tom have over 20 years experience producing and hosting live performance in the North West. Alice is a former General Manager of Nice Venues in Buxton and C Venues at the Edinburgh Fringe, as well as a writer and performer. Tom co-founded the award-winning venue-group Underground Venues in 2006 and is also a writer whose work has been seen at London's West End, the Pleasance in Edinburgh and Radio 4.
