Privacy Policy
Live at Victoria Hall will collect your name and email address when you book tickets. We will use your email address to send your tickets and an automatic reminder. We will also use it to contact you if there is an important change, such as a cancellation. We won't use your email address for any other purpose - and we won't ever share it with anyone else, for any reason.
We keep this data securely for six years, as required for financial audits, and will then delete it.
Mailing List
When you buy tickets (or at any time) you can choose to join our Mailing List, which we use to inform customers about upcoming shows and share ticket deals. We won't send you any of these marketing emails unless you opt-in. You can then unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
If you don't open any of our Mailing List emails for three years, we will contact you to check if you still want to remain on the list. If we don't receive a reply, we will remove you from the mailing list.
