Our first night - and Christmas announcement
On Saturday we hosted our first show in the new theatre set-up - Angela Bra's critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe show Secret Diary Of A Bingo Call Girl. It was a fantastic night with a great crowd. Thanks to all of you who came - we hope to see you again soon!
Announcing our Christmas show
We're very excited to announce our Christmas show for 2026 will be Robyn and the Book Monster by acclaimed Buxton theatre group Babbling Vagabonds.
The group have delighted families around Derbyshire with past Christmas shows and we're delighted to have an all-new Christmas production for our first Victoria Hall Christmas!
The show - for primary age children and their families - is on Saturday 19 December. You can read more and buy tickets from the website - do spread the word!
But if you can't wait until then, there's plenty more entertainment in the meantime.
On Saturday 31 October you can treat the family to some pre-Trick Or Treating comedy with Comedysportz - the family improvised comedy show. Later that same evening the same team bring Glossop the opening (and closing!) night of an entirely new musical with The Totally Improvised Musical. And the following Saturday award-winning music duo Darren and Trish return to Darren's home town for a special gig.
We hope to see you there!
